Project Review Terms & Cancellation

Payment and confirmation
The fee for a Project Review is £165, payable in full at the time of purchase. After payment, I will contact you within two working days to arrange a mutually suitable date for the session.

Your right to cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract. If you cancel within this period and the service has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund.

If you would like your Project Review to take place within the 14-day cancellation period, I will ask you to confirm in writing that you would like the service to begin during that period. If the service has already begun and you then cancel, I may deduct a proportionate amount for work already carried out.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rearranging your session
Project Reviews can be rearranged with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will normally be treated as used because preparation has already taken place and the appointment time has been reserved. Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

Preparing for your review
Please send your material at least three working days before the session. If material is received too late for me to review it properly, the session may need to be rearranged.

If I need to rearrange or cancel
If I need to rearrange the session, I will offer an alternative date. If I become unable to provide the Project Review, you will receive a full refund.

Copyright and confidentiality
Copyright in all work shared remains with you. Material shared privately for the Project Review will not be published, reproduced or distributed by me without your permission.
